Protein Complex Cryo-EM Structure Analysis Service
Protein Complex Cryo-EM Structure Analysis Service
Protein complex structure analysis is one of the methods used for reanalysis. It means that all target proteins or their homologous proteins already have high-resolution structures in the PDB database. It is relatively easy to analyze the structure of such proteins whose structures have been solved, including protein mutants, drug target proteins and small molecule compounds, protein-protein complexes and protein-nucleic acid complexes, etc.
Applications of Protein Reanalysis
1.Explaining functional changes through conformational alteration before and after protein mutation.
2.Unrevealing the complex structure and functional mechanisms in protein interactions.
3.Elucidating the functional mechanisms of key proteins by studying the structure of protein binding to genetic material.
Why Choose CryoEM-Solutions
1.Reduced graphene oxide support film
The reduced graphene oxide grid is ideal for biomacromolecules with low concentration (around 100 nanomolar) and sensitive properties. It is well-suited for biomacromolecules that are easily denatured, with small molecular weight (as small as 100kDa), and have serious orientation problems when using conventional grids.
2.Simple sample preparation
Cryo-samples can be prepared directly without sample crystallization.
3.Extremely low sample requirements
Typically only 100 ul of protein samples with a concentration of 2 mg/mL and a purity of >95% are required.
