High-Throughput Protein Crystal Screening and Structure Analysis Technology
X-ray crystallography is an important tool for understanding not only the chemical properties of crystals but also the three-dimensional molecule structures. It is one of the most common techniques used by structural biologists. The Protein Data Bank (PDB) currently has over 170,000 structures of biomacromolecules, and X-ray crystallography has played an important role in this field, providing atomic coordinates for about 90% of these biomolecules. This allows scientists to gain a deeper understanding of macromolecular structures at atomic or near-atomic resolution in biochemical and molecular biology research. Furthermore, it elucidates the spatial distribution mechanisms of atoms in biological processes.

Why Choose CryoEM-Solutions
1.Large Scale, High-Throughput protein crystallization screening
Automated screening of more than 1,000 crystallization conditions with multiple kits.
2.Full coverage of protein crystallization experiment
All kinds of protein crystallization experiments, including suspension drop, sitting drop, and oil drop, can be carried out automatically.
3.Save valuable protein samples
Our X-ray crystallography platform enables micro-volume protein crystallization screening with disposable needles to ensure no cross-contamination.
The Applications of X-ray Crystallography
1.De novo structural analysis of crystallizable proteins.
2.Detection of protein conformation mediated by mutation, truncation, ligand binding and other factors.
3.Design and optimization of antibody drugs, enzyme tools and small molecule drugs based on structure information.
